The model of service delivery has 3 components:
Individual Service Delivery:
Site visits by highly qualified staff from J&K Nominees, specialised in the delivery of crisis intervention and ongoing support via case management.
Promotion and Training:
JK ProCare Systems aim to be able to provide significant health promotion. In addition, ongoing liaison with key stakeholders to ensure that the EAP meets the needs of the organization.
Critical Incident Management:
Rapid response to critical incidents – response as requested in a reasonable time-frame (within 3 hours) and management of all affected individuals through a mix of individual and group interventions.
